Profile: My name is Hannes Doornaert, I was born in Belgium and have just graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Graphic Design and Video Production. Throughout my life I have lived in different countries such as the United States and China before coming to England. It is important to remain upbeat and happy so that you keep the moral of the team up to achieved the desired outcome. A runner needs to be helpful, doing what is asked of them and helping the team with whatever they need. The job often involves hard-work. Being on your feet all day, running around, and multi-tasking to tight deadlines.

Profile: I am a keen worker that will quickly adapt to a new environment. I am not fussy on a position. I work well in a team or as a team leader and I excel at keeping targets and achieving deadlines on time. I am also a perfectionist and nothing but my highest standard will do. I recently spent 8 months living, working, and backpacking around Australia. This experience taught me how to be independent, outgoing, and adapt to many different environments and work with many people from different cultures around the world. I worked in many different places; from restaurants and shops, to cattle farms, bush camps, and even equestrian centres with the Olympic team members. I also compete with my horses at county level - so i am naturally a very competative person!
