Profile: I am conscientious, punctual, hard working, creative, good sense of humour, organized, observant, eye for detail, determined and most importantly, reliable. Previous employment and experience in the events industry has enabled me to work well and remain focused under intense pressure, whilst maintaining a positive attitude within a team and the workplace.

Profile: I am only 22, but that is no reason to disregard me as a candidate for job with responsibility and a heavy work load. What I lack in experience I make up for in enthusiasm and energy. I am a strong lad and a hard worker, and gel well within teams, but also willing to use my initiative where necessary. Past companies and individuals for who I have worked for will confirm that I thrive in creative environments, and enjoy the processes and constructions that take place in filmmaking. I am no stranger to hard work, and love to get stuck into any job that is asked of me. I am almost completely at home in chaotic busy work places, from my life spent in the family chip shop and restaurant. I show commitment and loyalty to projects I am involved in, and work well under pressure, until the job is done. With a look into the past, I graduated the University of Manchester in July 2008, but before I moved to Manchester I lived in my hometown of Leicester, where I lived and worked in my parents fish and chip take away and restaurant. At school, by final year, I was Senior Prefect, House of House, Staff Sergeant in CCF, Film Prefect and Head of Sixth Form Centre, and head of Student/Staff Liaison Committee. Soon after school and going to University, my ultimate ambition was to direct films and get fully involved in the film industry, working within a team of professionals.

Profile: Having a strong background in retail and sales, I have developed not only solid customer service skills but also the ability to get along with all different types of people. Being a retail manager demands not only excellent communication and organisation skils, but the ability to work as part of a team. From a non-work perspective, I think my friends would describe me as outgoing, fun, reliable and enthusiastic. A lot of people tell me I seem to have the knack of putting people at ease, which I think has helped me greatly in my presenting career so far.

Profile: In a nutshell I have a passionate interest in the creative arts and particularly the film industry. My mother was a well-known make-up artist in the commercial film industry in Johannesburg and my grandfather was Creative Director of several international advertising agencies, before moving into the commercial film business as a director. I attended the National School of Arts in Johannesburg, and graduated with some distinction. After school, I worked for a casting agency in Cape Town, where I gained invaluable experience in the film business. After moving to the UK in September last year, I worked briefly as a caregiver (just staying afloat), spent a week at MGV and was awarded my current position as front of house/production assistant/runner At The Bare Film Company, ahead of over 70 other applicants! Unfortunately the company is restructuring and the ‘last in first out’ principle has resulted in me being retrenched. I am an enthusiastic and committed person, producing a high standard of work. I am a fast learner and can take charge when the situation requires it. I am original, energetic, fun and friendly, But always remain professional. I am willing to start at the bottom and work my way up should the right opportunity present itself.

Profile: I have recently finished working as a Researcher for Awesome television’s website Wordia.com and I am immediately available. I now have over a year of experience in the industry. Overall I have worked for 9 years now, my experience before broadcast is in the financial sector, although this was rewarding and developed many transferable skills, I am now pursuing a career I am more passionate about. I graduated with a good grade in a very difficult subject, and I think this stands as testament to a strength of character that I managed to switch careers to broadcast after working in the financial sector, as it was very difficult indeed even finding unpaid work due to my lack of a relevant degree or broadcast work, but I have finally found my way through sheer graft. I\\\'m open to a wide range of positions, as my references and degree will illustrate, I have the intelligence and aptitude to succeed in a variety of roles. However I am perfectly happy in a basic runner role, particularly if the company/production interests me, as I want to devlop my broadcast experience. Finally, I am perfectly happy with working long hours, evenings and weekends, so I am very flexible, something I had grown accustomed to in braodcast. I\\\'m a flexible, intelligent, enthusiastic, and motivated hard worker (e.g. at Hays I was given a raise due to strong results and at Red Bee I was given a contract extension). I know how to balance a professional and fun manner whilst getting the job at hand done.
